Use of Own Boat

Should you have access to another boat, be it a narrow boat or a motor cruiser, any size, then arrangements can be made to use it when within 40 miles of Stourport-on-Severn.

However, please note that tuition or assessment would then be provided on the following terms:

• The vessel is insured by the owner for loss, damage and legal liability to third parties;
• The owner remains the skipper and legally responsible for the safe management of the vessel at all times (including when the owner or others are under tuition or assessment) and will not seek to hold the instructor/assessor responsible for any loss or damage;
• The owner undertakes to secure the consent of the vessel's insurers to this agreement.
